Regular tax refund

VAT is refunded after the authorities refund the tax. You settle the bill including VAT tax.

1. B2M sends invoices (fuel, toll, tunnel fees) to the customer and ATS.

2. The customer settles the bill incl. VAT and sends a direct invoice to ATS.

3. ATS files for a VAT refund at the respective national tax authority.

4. VAT is refunded to ATS.

5. ATS refunds the VAT to the customer after deducting the agreed commission fee as soon as the original refund is received.

5. After deducting the agreed commission fee, ATS refunds the VAT to the customer for bp and third-party invoices until 25th of the month as long as the invoices were submitted to ATS before the 15th of the month. (ATS separately bills the customer for its commission on bp invoices).

Excise duty refund (fuel tax)

You pay the excise duty on all diesel transactions in advance. Refunds are possible for invoices from Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Slovenia.

1. B2M sends diesel invoices to the customer and ATS.

2. The customer settles the bill incl. excise duty and sends third party invoices to ATS.

3. ATS files for an excise duty refund at the respective customs authority. ATS sends an invoice with its commission to the customer.

4. The customs authority refunds the excise tax directly to the customer
